He graduated from the State Academy of Fine Arts as a senior architect and began his career at TE İnşaat in 1980. In 1990, he co-founded KG Architecture, leading numerous national and international projects in cities such as Moscow, Chicago, and Bucharest. Recognized through various architectural competitions, he continues to contribute to the profession as a jury member, speaker, and moderator. He currently serves on the Board of the Istanbul Planning Agency, is President of the Istanbul Chamber of Independent Architects and the Federation of Independent Architects Associations, and is Chairman of Aura-Istanbul, which he co-founded.
